Jossour writes the content on this website for buyers, owners and investors making real decisions. These are the standards we hold it to.

Who writes it

Articles, guides and property descriptions are published under the Jossour name. They are written and reviewed by the Jossour advisory team, which works on El Gouna and Soma Bay property every day.

Where the facts come from

Property facts (size, bedrooms, views, orientation, finishing, delivery status and features) come from our own listing records, which we verify with owners and, where possible, in person. Market observations come from the transactions and enquiries we handle. When we rely on a third-party source, we say so.

What we will not do

• We do not publish prices on the website. Prices are shared on request, because they change and depend on terms.
• We do not quote rental yield figures we cannot support. Where we discuss rental potential, we say how to underwrite it rather than promise a number.
• We do not present a feature as certain until it is confirmed. Boat docking, for example, is described as a possibility until confirmed for the specific plot.
• We do not give legal or tax advice. Where those questions arise, we tell you to take independent advice.

Keeping it current

Listings are updated when their status or facts change, and removed or marked as sold when no longer available. Articles carry a date and are reviewed when the market or the facts they rely on change.
